My work combines mediums to examine the intersection between art and technology. I have been working with digital media since my early teens. I got my start using tools like photoshop and moving to more in-depth software like Blender in 2020. Since then I’ve expanded the breadth of my practice studying at FSU, exploring physical mediums. This mirrors the work itself, juxtaposing the human and mechanical. My work covers a range of mediums including mixed media, photography, and video. Recently I’ve moved away from working within software, instead coding interactive software of my own. Through its thematic exploration my work seeks to find the ghost in the machine. This often manifests through a focus on the internet’s relationship with spirituality. Other pieces may explore these ideas through the lens of pop culture, identity, and abstraction. In this endeavor I have, and will continue to, hone my technical and artistic skills.
